Is That All There Is?

Is That All There Is? is an artbook for a 60s animated slice of life film that doesn't exist (yet). The plot follows a young Indian woman, Chini, who has moved to Edinburgh, Scotland in the 60s to escape her rich, but troubled, family in the aftermath of Indian independence. She pursues a life of hedonism, fashion, and glamour, all while living off a waitress' salary and an inheritance from her grandparents. As time goes on, Chini has to learn that running away from your problems doesn't fix them. But, she also comes to learn that the happiness and belonging she so desperately wishes for can be found in more normal, boring, and unexpected parts of life.
